What is the difference between a chemical wash and standard cleaning?
A standard cleaning (RM85) covers filter cleaning, cover wipedown, and blower maintenance without dismantling the unit. A chemical wash (from RM160) involves full dismantling, chemical coil treatment, drainage flush, and includes FREE gas top-up (up to 10kg). Chemical wash is recommended every 6-12 months for optimal cooling performance.
How often should I service my aircond?
We recommend a chemical wash every 6-12 months for residential units. Standard cleaning can be done every 3-4 months for basic upkeep. Commercial units used daily (like in F&B outlets) should be serviced monthly to maintain cooling efficiency and meet health compliance standards.
Which aircond brands do you service?
We service all major brands including Daikin, Panasonic, York, Mitsubishi, Samsung, LG, Carrier, and more. Our technicians are experienced with both inverter and non-inverter models, wall-mounted units, and ceiling/cassette systems.
Do you offer monthly maintenance contracts for businesses?
Yes, we offer flexible monthly maintenance contracts for F&B outlets, offices, and commercial spaces. Contracts include scheduled cleaning, priority breakdown response, bulk discounts, and health compliance documentation. Contact us for a custom quote.

Pricing & Payment

Is gas top-up really free with every chemical wash?
Yes, every chemical wash includes FREE gas top-up (up to 10kg of R22, R32, or R410A refrigerant). Most competitors charge RM80-150 extra for this service. We include it because proper gas levels are essential for your AC to cool efficiently after a thorough chemical wash.
How much is the diagnostic check and is it waived?
Our diagnostic check costs RM50 and includes professional troubleshooting, circuit board check, and sensor diagnostics. The fee is fully waived if you proceed with the recommended repair — so you only pay for the actual fix.
Do you charge extra for transport in Petaling Jaya?
No transport surcharges for all covered PJ areas including SS2, Damansara Jaya, Damansara Utama, Kota Damansara, Bandar Utama, Kelana Jaya, Subang Jaya, and Puchong. Fixed pricing means what you see is what you pay.

Will you send experienced technicians, not trainees?
Absolutely. We have a strict zero-newbie policy. Mr. Heng, Ahmad, and Raju each have 15-20+ years of aircond experience. We never send trainees or apprentices. The technician who diagnoses your problem is the same one who fixes it.
What warranty do you provide?
Every chemical wash and repair comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty and a 1-month warranty on gas leaks. If there is any issue with our work within the warranty period, we will come back and fix it at no extra charge.
