Agreement to Terms

By engaging PJ Kool Aircond Service ("we", "our", or "us") for aircond services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

PJ Kool Aircond Service provides the following air conditioning services in Petaling Jaya and the Klang Valley:

  • Chemical Wash — Full dismantle chemical cleaning with coil wash, drainage flush, and free gas top-up (from RM160)
  • Aircond Repair & Diagnostics — Professional troubleshooting for all common AC issues (from RM50 diagnostic fee)
  • Standard Cleaning — Basic filter, cover, and blower maintenance (from RM85)
  • Commercial Maintenance — Monthly maintenance contracts for F&B outlets and offices
  • Aircond Installation — Professional installation of new units from all major brands

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).
  • Published prices on our website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on unit type, horsepower, and complexity.
  • Chemical wash prices include FREE gas top-up (up to 10kg of R22, R32, or R410A refrigerant).
  • No transport surcharges apply for all covered Petaling Jaya service areas.
  • The RM50 diagnostic fee for repairs is waived if the customer proceeds with the recommended repair.
  • Payment is accepted via cash and online bank transfer.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Appointments are booked via WhatsApp at 012-2252 623.
  • We aim to confirm appointments within 30 minutes during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
  • Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
  • We will notify you if there are any delays to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a rescheduling fee at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

Service Guarantee and Warranty

  • All chemical wash and repair services come with a 30-day workmanship warranty.
  • Gas top-ups are covered by a 1-month gas leak warranty.
  • If any issue arises within the warranty period that is directly related to our workmanship, we will return and fix it at no additional charge.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, power surges, natural disasters, or pre-existing unit defects not related to our service.
  • Warranty claims must be reported via WhatsApp within the warranty period.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and clear access to the aircond unit(s) for our technicians.
  • Inform us of any known issues, unusual sounds, or error codes before the service.
  • Ensure someone is present at the service location during the appointment.
  • Provide accurate contact information and location details when booking.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide high-quality aircond services, PJ Kool Aircond Service shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects in the aircond unit that are not related to our service.
  • Damage caused by power surges, lightning, floods, or other external factors.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Issues arising from the customer's failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on the aircondservicepj.my website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of PJ Kool Aircond Service and is protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
